The incident occurred on the morning of February 26. The boy was hospitalized in serious condition with lacerations. On February 27, the child was operated on, his condition remains severe. The boy did not have a nose and upper lip, which were torn out by animals. The dog was owned by a 48-year-old local resident. During the interrogation, he admitted his guilt and said that he could not feed the dogs for several days. The criminal case was initiated under Article 118 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing serious harm through negligence”). The man is under a subscription not to leave. His dogs were put to sleep.
