The man is accused of rape and violent acts of a sexual nature, combined with the threat of murder or causing serious harm to health (p. b. part 2 of article 131, p. b. part 2 of article 132 of the criminal code). The incident occurred on February 23 in the beauty salon “New York” in the Moscow district. After the incident, the victim was hospitalized in a satisfactory condition. On January 24, the attacker was detained in the apartment of his friend, who was hiding from the police. As reported by the publication “Fontanka”, the attacker was a 39-year-old man, ex-lover of the victim, who for a long time pursued her after the breakup.
