The economist noted that now from 75 to 90% of these metals Russia buys mainly in China. “The Russian Federation has fallen behind in the race for rare earth metals quite seriously. We do have about 20% of proven rare earth metals, but we need technology, investment, we need to create infrastructure and we can do all this. The economist also noted that in this case the question of time is very important. Earlier, Tkachenko said that in the coming months, the truce agreement between Russia and Ukraine will not be signed.
