Emergencies Ministry: 465 people evacuated from Sudzhansky district of Kursk region
As of March 17, 465 people were evacuated, including 42 people over the past day. Evacuation carried out by staff Russian Defense Ministry and other agencies. "Rescuers of the department accompany citizens in the IRP, help in the placement, execution of documents, search for relatives and friends," the statement said. It is noted that during the evacuation people are provided with food and water. Currently, residents of the Kursk region are accommodated in 88 temporary accommodation centers operating in the region, where they, among other things, receive medical and psychological assistance. In addition, people are helped to contact relatives.
