Emergencies Ministry of Tyumen region recorded for a week 36 fires

Firefighters in the period from 17 to 23 February extinguished in the Tyumen region 36 man-made fires. Two people died in the fires, three were injured, three more were rescued from the fire. This is reported by the press service of the department. So, in the evening of February 23, 2025 in the village of Novokurskaya on Central Street, a residential building caught fire. At the time of arrival of fire departments there was a burning on an area of 2 square meters. In the liquidation of the fire involved three units of equipment and seven employees of units of the GU EMERCOM of Russia in the Tyumen region. During the extinguishment, rescuers found the body of a dead woman. The preliminary cause of the incident is careless handling of fire when smoking. In addition, during this period, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations eliminated 24 consequences of an accident, 16 times provided assistance to the population.
