According to him, this will also affect the whole of Western Siberia, Taimyr, most of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the north of the Urals and the Pacific coast of the country, namely the Magadan and Amur regions, the Khabarovsk and Primorsky territories and Sakhalin. “From the western borders of Russia to the Ob, rainfall is projected to be around normal, except for the Murmansk and Arkhangelsk regions, there is an excess of precipitation,” Vilfand said. Speaking about the lack of precipitation, he noted that it is expected in Chukotka, the Irkutsk region, Buryatia, Transbaikalia and in the very south of Yakutia. In the rest of the Asian part of Russia, namely, almost all of Yakutia and the Kamchatka Territory, the rainfall will be about normal.
