He noted that drafts of various criteria were developed not only by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, but also "in cooperation, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Antimonopoly Service." “But we already have a number of questions about these criteria as a business,” Dmitriev said. So, the expert explained, the manufacturers question one of the criteria according to which the share of the drug in the market should not exceed 50%. “We cannot fully assess this market share, so to speak, objectively,” Dmitriev said. The expert added that the business intends to participate in interdepartmental meetings to finalize the criteria.
