Voitolovsky noted that under the deal, the United States will have access to Ukrainian graphite, lithium, titanium, gas, oil and port infrastructure. “I think there will be other ambitions. We are talking about the creation of a certain fund, which will go to 50% of revenues to the Ukrainian budget, which Ukraine will potentially receive in the form of revenue for the sale of certain natural resources or for the use of its infrastructure. The Americans thereby forever or for decades bind Ukraine to their economy, the expert explained. Earlier, AFP, citing sources, reported that the agreement between the United States and Ukraine on rare earth metals could be signed on February 28.
