On average, you can rent an apartment in Tomsk for 27 thousand rubles a month. “We note an inverse correlation between the volume of mortgages issued for secondary housing and the growth of supply in the long-term rental market: the fewer loans are issued, the greater the choice for tenants,” comments long-term rental expert Konstantin Kamenev. In Russia as a whole, there is a similar trend: supply in the rental market grew by a third, and demand increased by 5%. The largest increase in demand was recorded in Vladivostok, Barnaul, Izhevsk and Ulan-Ude. Recall that we told that in the Tomsk region suspended the construction of 35 apartment buildings.
