DeltaLeasing, a company from Vladivostok, filed a lawsuit against SpetsRitualTomsk LLC to seize equipment for cremation. The reason was debts under lease agreements. The court satisfied the plaintiff’s requirements and ordered the transfer of the cremation furnace, loading equipment, a chimney, ashes treatment equipment and other equipment. The lawsuit was filed in November 2024. Tomsk Crematorium had to pay for the use of the company's property on schedule. In total, the crematorium owed about 19 million rubles. On October 25, DeltaLeasing LLC terminated the contract and appealed to the court. “In respect of the defendant, there is information about the existence of enforcement proceedings, but in respect of the defendant, the arbitration court of the Tomsk region accepted an application for declaring him bankrupt,” the court decision follows. The Vladivostok company will receive back a special furnace and other equipment by court decision. The decision can still be appealed.
