The football team will be able to perform professionally, its head office will be located in Tomsk. The new club will be declared in the second league of the championship of Russia. The coach will be Konstantin Emelyanov, who coached the teams Luch, Orenburg and Shakhtar, as well as the team of Vladivostok - FC Dynamo. The players will train at the Temp stadium, which will be put in order, according to the requirements of the RFU. Note that in 2023 FC Tom was disbanded. The club has accumulated a lot of debt and lost its sponsor. The stadiums "Labor" and "Temp" handed over to the city authorities.
