In Moscow, employees of the Preobrazhensky district department of bailiffs suspended the work of two shopping centers in the Sokolniki district because of the threat to the life and health of citizens.
This is reported by GUFSSP in the city of Moscow on its page in the social network "Vkontakte". During the unscheduled inspection, a number of repeated violations of high-risk fire safety requirements were revealed. Including the faulty sources of fire water supply, fire alarm systems, technical means of warning and other violations were established. Previously, the organization has already been brought to administrative responsibility under part 1 of article 20.4 of the administrative code of the Federal Republic. Despite the administrative fine of 300 thousand rubles, the violations were not eliminated. In this regard, a high risk of threat to the life and health of visitors and staff of retail outlets remained. The court found the joint-stock company guilty of committing an offense under part 2.1 of article 204 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation and imposed a punishment in the form of suspension of activities for 30 days. Employees of the FSSP went to the addresses of the shopping centers. On the ground, they drew up an act of administrative suspension and sealed the buildings. The general director of the organization was warned of criminal liability for non-execution of the court decision under Article 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
