It is specified that another victim, who managed to survive, was hospitalized with a bullet wound to the hand. The pilot has now been discharged from the hospital. Local authorities and employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) organized a joint investigation into the incident. There is no information about the arrests as of 1.40 MSK. In late 2024, another shooting incident at a military base in Georgia also killed one person. The identity of the victim and the circumstances of the incident were not disclosed.
