The woman, being on the spot, received carbon monoxide poisoning and lost consciousness, she needed medical attention. A criminal case was initiated under Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing death by negligence”). "According to preliminary data, the death of teenagers could occur from carbon monoxide poisoning, due to the operation of the car engine," the prosecutor's office said. Investigators and criminologists inspected the scene, seized items that may be relevant in the criminal case. The Balashikha City Prosecutor's Office is monitoring the establishment of all the circumstances of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
