In Yaroslavl, the organizers of a drug laboratory were sentenced to 15.5 years in prison.

The defendants, a 31-year-old resident of the Moscow region and a 43-year-old resident of the Oryol region, have been found guilty under Part 5 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal production of narcotic drugs in especially large quantities") and Part 2 of Article 228.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal storage of precursors of narcotic drugs in especially large quantities"). "The Yaroslavl Regional Court <...> sentenced Mutalimov M. M. to 15 years and 9 months in prison, and Alyabyev V. A. to 15 years and 6 months in a high-security prison," the press service of the FSB quoted by TASS reported. The FSB officers in the region have thwarted criminal activities. During the searches, more than 300 kg of synthetic drugs were discovered and seized from illegal circulation.
