In Perm, the director of LLC “Vladimirsky” was found guilty of providing services that do not meet safety requirements, which caused the death of a person by negligence. The investigation and the court found that the culprit did not ensure prompt, timely and high-quality cleaning of the roof of apartment building No. 8 on Serpukhovskaya Street. On the evening of March 24, 2022, an uncontrolled descent of snow and ice masses occurred from the roof of the house. As a result of the incident, a 15-year-old girl was seriously injured, who later died in hospital. “The verdict of the court sentenced the guilty to a sentence of forced labor for a period of 2 years, with deprivation of the right to engage in activities related to the implementation of organizational, administrative and administrative powers at enterprises, institutions and organizations in the field of housing and communal services,” the press service of the SU TFR in the Perm region reported.
