In Krasnodar, a monument to the heroes of the Special Forces was unveiled.

A memorial was installed near the alley of fallen fighters in the Park of the 30th Anniversary of Victory, in a symbolic location where the Exhibition Hall of Military Glory is located. The solemn ceremony took place on the third anniversary of the start of the special military operation. "Now in Krasnodar, there is a place where we can pay tribute, as written on the monument, 'To Our Heroes.' And after the Victory, we will definitely choose a place for a large monument to all those who carried out tasks in the Special Forces. Remembering the name of every hero, every soldier, is our task," said the head of Krasnodar, Yevgeny Naumov. Flowers were laid at the new monument during the ceremony, and the memory of the fallen defenders was honored with a minute of silence, according to the press service of the Krasnodar city administration.
