Transport police in Novokuznetsk have brought to administrative responsibility a 30-year-old resident of the Moscow region for smoking an electronic cigarette on board a plane arriving from the capital.
According to the police station at Novokuznetsk airport, the man smoked in his passenger seat during the flight. In relation to the violator, a protocol was drawn up on an administrative offense under the article on violation of the smoking ban in certain territories (Part 1 of Article 6.24 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
