In accordance with the Rules for the improvement of the territory of Perm on non-stationary trading facilities, facades of buildings, buildings and structures, it is prohibited to place signs containing information that demonstrates the processes of smoking, the name of tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco products and smoking accessories, including pipes, hookahs, cigarette paper and lighters. Thus, for the first placement of a sign on the NTO, an administrative fine of up to 4 thousand rubles is provided for citizens, up to 40 thousand rubles for officials, up to 500 thousand rubles for legal entities. For repeated violation, a fine of up to 5 thousand rubles is provided for citizens, up to 50 thousand rubles for officials, up to 800 thousand rubles for legal entities. The amount of fines in terms of placing signs at capital facilities has also increased. For the first violation, the amount will increase from 2 to 4 thousand rubles for citizens, for officials - from 15 to 40 thousand rubles, for legal entities - from 30 to 200 thousand rubles. For repeated violation, the fine for citizens will be up to 5 thousand rubles, for officials - up to 50 thousand rubles, for legal entities - up to 300 thousand rubles.
