After the incident on suspicion of negligence, the director of the municipal state institution of the Krasnovishersky district was detained, which, according to the investigation, did not carry out proper activities for the treatment of animals without owners. In connection with the death of the victim in the near future, the criminal case will be reclassified for a more serious charge, reports GTRK "Perm".
