In the city of Roslavl, Smolensk region, two teenagers fell under the ice on the Stanovka River. One of them died.
One minor managed to save the divers of the regional fire and rescue center. He was taken to hospital with signs of hypothermia. The second was found after a while. Unfortunately, he drowned. The body of a 15-year-old teenager was removed from the water, according to the Telegram-channel of the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. All circumstances of the incident are established by law enforcement agencies. Investigators opened a criminal case under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on causing death by negligence.
