Over the past four years, we have held more than 21,000 general meetings of owners on the platform, which is certainly a huge figure. This year, more than 600 general meetings of owners have already been completed, the expert said. One of the most long-awaited changes, which came into force on March 1, is the ability to choose the date of the meeting in the electronic system. “You determine the date of the meeting on the basis of the agenda, because there are more complex issues, and there are issues on which there is already a preliminary agreement of the owners and an understanding of how they will vote. And now, the administrator determines the course, the duration of the meeting based on the agenda, this is certainly one of the most long-awaited changes, which, as we know, the owners have all been waiting for a very long time.
