The Ministry said that the tragedy occurred on the evening of March 1 in the house on South street. "According to preliminary data, the death occurred as a result of gas poisoning accumulated in one of the premises of the house due to malfunction or improper operation of gas equipment," the ministry said. The necessary forensic and technical expertise has been appointed. During the investigation, a legal assessment of the actions of employees of the service organization will be given. The criminal case was initiated under Part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing death by negligence”). Investigative actions are under way.
