In Blagoveshchensk, the construction of a 9-story building for residents displaced from emergency housing on 50 Let Oktyabrya Street, 265, is nearing completion. Specialists have already completed the facade cladding, and are currently working on finishing the common areas and apartments. The project is 98% complete. The authorities plan to finalize the building in March, and by April, the recipients will be able to celebrate their housewarming, as reported by the press service of the regional government of the Amur region. It is worth noting that the relocation of emergency housing is one of the most important tasks in the region. Over the past 5 years, more than 150,000 square meters of dilapidated housing have been resettled in the region, providing comfortable living conditions for nearly 8,500 people. The work to improve housing conditions in the region from 2019 to 2024 was carried out as part of the presidential national project "Housing and Urban Environment." Starting from January 2025, this work will continue under the new national project "Infrastructure for Life."
