On suspicion of debauchery against a young girl, law enforcement officers of Yekaterinburg detained a 42-year-old illegal citizen of one of the Central Asian republics.
He reportedly conducted indecent correspondence with a minor. His identity and whereabouts were established by operatives of the cybercrime unit. “The phone from which he allegedly corresponded with a minor victim was seized from the detainee,” said Valery Gorelykh, the head of the press service of the police headquarters of the Sverdlovsk region. The materials were transferred to the regional Investigative Committee for further investigation. They specified that the attacker has already been charged under the article “Indecent actions against a minor”, and he was detained. Gorelykh also said that upon arrival in Russia, the man did not register with the migration service. In addition, he did not have a registration and a patent for the work, which will also be given a legal assessment.
