As reported in the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of the Sverdlovsk region, the incident occurred in April 2024. The boy was in a private kindergarten for a day stay. After lunch, a nanny called my mother and asked her to pick up the baby because he was crying all the time. Arriving for her son, the woman noticed that his hand was unnaturally hanging and swelling. The hospital found that the boy had a fractured shoulder with displacement. The prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit in court, but the defendant denied that the injury was sustained while in kindergarten. The court satisfied the claim and recovered from the organizer of the institution compensation in the amount of 300 thousand rubles.
