In the Yaroslavl region through the court seized from property the building of the former shop in Tutaev

In the Yaroslavl region, another cultural monument was seized from property through the court. We are talking about the building of a former shop on Tolbukhin Street in Tutaev. As the head of the region Mikhail Evraev emphasized, the reason is non-fulfillment of obligations on content. It is specified that the former owner violated all norms on sanitary, technical and fire-fighting condition of the building, there was a threat to the safety of residents. The requirements of the security service OKN for their elimination, the owner ignored. “The same risks are borne by the owners of other facilities in Tutaev. Claims were filed against the owners of the bakery on Krestovozdvizhenskaya Street, mansions on Lenin and Tolbukhin streets and another house on the same street, the governor said in his social networks. Recall that recently a lawsuit was sent to the court about the seizure of a cultural monument in the village of Glebovo near Rybinsk. In total, the service for the protection of cultural heritage sites has filed about 100 lawsuits for seizure.
