In total, this year the administration of the Kirov district planned the demolition of six emergency houses. “The first was the house on Student Street, 53. Soon, two more buildings will begin to be demolished - on Elisarov Street, 16 and Shchorsa Street, 15. An auction for the right to carry out these works is underway. The district authorities want to complete all procedures, including the dismantling of buildings, by the end of April. At the same time, the contractor of the Leninsky district administration began demolition of resettled emergency houses on Berdskaya Street. In March 2025, houses at the addresses: Berdskaya Street, 9 and 13 will be dismantled. After the demolition of houses, it is planned to expand the adjacent square, the statement said. Already this year, Tomsk residents will be able to choose the improvement of the second stage of the park as part of the rating vote.
