Suspect pleads guilty
In the Lipetsk region, a police officer from the Voronezh region was arrested for the fatal beating of a 97-year-old pensioner, which occurred almost 8 years ago. The man was charged with part 4 of article 111 of the criminal code. Recall that the tragedy occurred in one of the evenings in the period from April 28 to May 1, 2017 in the village of Pushkino, Dobrinsky district. Voronezh lived next door to an elderly woman who had healing abilities. After the conflict, when the owner of the house refused to let the stranger home, the man decided to take revenge on the elderly woman. He broke the window of the veranda, sneaked into the healer's house, and then brutally beat the pensioner. As specified in the press service of the regional investigator, the injured healer was found by neighbors and called an ambulance. Despite the efforts of doctors, three days later the elderly woman died of a traumatic brain injury. By the way, the Voronezh law enforcement officer admitted his guilt, confirming the testimony during the investigative experiment.
