In the reception of the Chairman of the TFR asked a resident of the house on the street Voronezh highway from Lebedyan. MKD, which is more than 60 years old, was recognized as an emergency in 2017. The building has not been renovated since construction and has become uninhabitable. Wear of structures reached more than 80%, deep cracks formed in the foundation and walls. The house also has no sewerage, there is no water and heat supply system, and the furnace heating is faulty. Because of the rotten floors in the rooms there is a persistent smell of mold. Despite the threat of collapse, residents, who are mostly pensioners, have not yet been provided with comfortable housing, and the resettlement period has been shifted to 2030. The applicant herself was sent to a former dormitory building, which also had poor living conditions. Appeals to the competent authorities, according to the central office of the department, did not bring results. Alexander Bastrykin instructed to initiate a criminal case on the fact of violation of the rights of residents. In addition, the head of the regional SU IC Evgeny Shapovalov was required to report on the initial and final results of the investigation.
