Migrant Zebo Ischanova was detained until May 13 under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 3 of Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Attempted Bribe to an Official”). According to the investigation, the day before the woman was on the stairwell of the house and was actually detained by a police officer under article 18.8 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation (Violation by a foreign citizen of the rules of entry (regime of stay) in the Russian Federation). Then she decided to give a bribe in the amount of 20 thousand rubles to an official, putting the bills in a bulletproof vest. The policeman refused the money. "Ischanova does not have stable social ties in the Russian Federation, is not employed, is a citizen of a foreign state, has no registration in Russia," the press service said. A native of Turkmenistan admitted her guilt.
