Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin gave instructions following the results of the strategic session dedicated to improving labor productivity.
For each sector of the economy and social sphere in Russia will be formed programs to increase labor productivity, which will ensure a systematic approach to solving problems. The Ministry of Economic Development will be responsible for the development of programs. By March 17, the recommendations developed by the department should be communicated to the concerned ministries, which will be engaged in the direct formation of programs. Industry programmes will have to take into account measures to develop the training system, introduce procurement incentives, upgrade equipment and conduct research. The programs should also address issues of improving state support measures designed to ensure the growth of labor productivity. By April 24, ministries should prepare proposals for a list of indicators that characterize the potential for productivity growth. Later they will be analyzed with the participation of the State Council and the Bank of Russia. The government systematically solves the problems of increasing labor productivity, the work is carried out within the framework of the national project "Effective and competitive economy". During his speech at the strategic session, Mikhail Mishustin said that over 6 years the financing of this direction will be about 30.5 billion rubles.
