2.4 billion rubles will be allocated from the government reserve fund for one-time financial assistance to the Kursk region.
The corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. The money will be used to support local industry. The Ministry of Industry and Trade was instructed to conclude an agreement with the government of the Kursk region on the provision of subsidies and control the use of funds, according to the website of the Russian government. Earlier, Mikhail Mishustin during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers said that this measure should accelerate the resumption of production in border areas.
