This was reported by the official representative of the Iranian foreign Ministry Esmail Baghai, his words are quoted by the agency ISNA. âThe UAE Presidential Adviser for Diplomacy will meet with Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi this afternoon and he is bringing a letter from Trump to Iran,â he said. Earlier it was reported that Iran does not intend to enter into negotiations with the United States as long as Washington cares only about its own interests. Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said this at a meeting with Iranian officials. Thus, he responded to Trumpâs letter with a proposal to discuss Iranâs nuclear program. Khamenei explained that some dishonest governments are negotiating not to solve problems, but to impose their interests. He said Iran would not meet their expectations.
