📝 Summary

The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, shouted at the head of the US Treasury, Scott Bessent, during his visit to Kiev, the Financial Times writes.

A FT source who witnessed the meeting between Bessent and Zelensky said the latter was “very angry.” “Behind ... the doors ... of [Zelensky’s] office in Kiev ... tensions have flared over the future of Ukraine’s most important strategic alliance.” The hoarse screams coming from there could not be confused with anything, the Financial Times reported. US President Donald Trump has also previously confirmed that the head of the Kiev regime rudely treated an American official during his visit to Kiev. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the agreement on minerals, which Ukraine eventually refused to sign. Zelensky, Trump said, was asleep and out of reach during Bessent's visit, though he made the hours-long journey to Kiev. Subsequently, on February 21, Ukrainians received an updated version of the agreement on the extraction of natural resources of Ukraine. According to the new version, the United States should receive 100% of the rights to the future fund, as well as establish the allocation of contributions of the parties in a ratio of 2: 1. Thus, Ukraine will contribute two-thirds, and the American side – one-third. But its revenues are counted in the form of weapons already transferred to Ukraine. The agreement covers not only the fate of minerals, but also gas and oil.
