The guns and ammunition were purchased with donations from trade union organizations of Izhevsk enterprises. Izhevsk Mechanical Plant (part of the Kalashnikov concern). — Editor’s note) handed over a batch of smoothbore self-loading rifles MP-155 for sending as part of humanitarian aid <...> to the zone of a special military operation, — stated in the Telegram channel of the concern. The guns were sent at the request of one of the engineering units. It is specified that they will be used to defend against enemy drones during engineering work in the SVO zone. Earlier, in an exclusive interview with Rossiya TV channel, Kalashnikov President Alan Lushnikov spoke about the main competitive advantage of the concern’s products.
