The North Korean news agency explains that North Korea has undergone its fourth missile test since the beginning of the year. Comrade Kim Jong-un was present at the tests of the strategic cruise missile, KCNA notes. He expressed satisfaction with the result, and stressed that the demonstration launches of North Korean missiles are consistent with the “responsible use of deterrence means of war.” The missile was launched from the west of North Korea towards the North Korean Strait in the Yellow Sea. “Kim Jong-un stressed that the responsible mission and duty of the nuclear armed forces of the DPRK is to be in full combat readiness to forever protect sovereignty and state security with a nuclear shield,” the North Korean news agency said. Consistently improve the combat readiness of the nuclear armed forces and be fully prepared to use these formidable weapons. On January 25, Pyongyang also tested a sea-based missile. He had meetings in the Russian Security Council with Dmitry Medvedev and in the Kremlin with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
