But at the same time, it should be understood that rhetoric is not only aimed at countering and competing with Russia, in my opinion, for Poland and the Baltics, all this topic of interaction with the United States, antipathy to Russia, and loud statements is a tool for increasing its own weight in Europe, Tebin said. Although Poland remains a modest power in terms of economic and technological potential, its weight in Europe is increasing significantly.
