The MP explained that the indexation was introduced “backdating”, no applications for recalculation military pensioners do not need to submit. “The overall indexation will be 9.5 per cent. Since March, the reducing ratio of cash allowances for military pensioners will be 93.59%, respectively, the final payment will increase, Zhuravlev said. He explained that the reducing coefficient on military pensions in Russia was introduced in 2012, but received a little more than half of the accrued allowance. To date, the ratio has reached 93.59%, taking into account the latest unplanned increase initiated by President Putin.
