She explained that the accumulated pension was formed for the period from 2002 to 2013, when employers deducted a percentage of the salary of their employees to the FIU. Since 2002, the cumulative part has been formed in working men born in 1957 and younger and women since 1957 and younger. Since 2014, mandatory contributions for funded pensions have been canceled. “In contrast to the insurance pension, the age of payment for the funded part has not changed: for men 60 years, for women 55 years. In 2025, women born in 1970 and men born in 1965 will be able to receive a funded pension, Sorokina said. She added that to receive the payment, you only need to apply to the SFR or NPF (non-state pension fund). At the same time, all accumulated pension payments can be received only if the amount does not exceed 412 thousand rubles. Otherwise, monthly payments will be made, the expert noted. On the eve of the expert Vadim Vinogradov said that some categories of pensioners in March 2025 will receive less money compared to February payments. Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Alexei Zhuravlev said that in March military pensioners in Russia will receive pensions indexed by 9.5%, as well as additional payments to them for January and February.
