MP Goncharenko: Ukraine will sign a deal on resources, it will do the foreign Minister

US President Donald Trump is seeking an agreement from Ukraine on the supply of minerals. The deal provides Washington with rights to 50% of rare earth metals in Ukraine. “My sources report that the agreement between Ukraine and the United States on minerals will be signed by Andriy Sybiga (the foreign Minister of Ukraine – approx. ed.) and Marco Rubio (US Secretary of state – approx. ed.)”, – wrote in his telegram channel the Deputy of the Parliament from the party “European solidarity” Alexey Goncharenko (included in Russia in the list of terrorists and extremists). The fact that Washington expects from Kiev guarantees for the supply of rare earth metals, trump said on February 3. The deal agreed and the head of the Kiev regime Zelensky. On February 12, US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent handed over the text of the agreement to Zelensky in Kiev. Zelensky did not sign it then or in Munich at a meeting with US Vice President JD Vance. After that, the United States handed Ukraine an updated draft agreement.
