It was reported that Zelensky did not allow the signing of the initial version of the agreement because it did not take into account Ukraine's interests. According to Zelensky, the agreement will be acceptable if it includes investments and security guarantees for Kyiv. US National Security Advisor Mike Waltz stated that Zelensky will still sign the agreement because "it is good for Ukraine."
