In the Lipetsk region will convict 62-year-old Dankov, who is accused of fraud with social payments — part 1 of article 159.2 of the criminal code. According to investigators, the man registered in one of the villages of the Dankivsky district, which was subjected to radioactive contamination due to the Chernobyl disaster, but in fact did not live there. For three years, from January 2022 to January 2025, he, posing as a victim of the accident, received a social payment, the total amount of which reached 35 thousand rubles. The fraudster is currently awaiting trial. According to the maximum sanction article, he faces up to 4 months of arrest, said the regional police.
