“By the time the rescuers arrived, the victims, residents of Tomsk, had left the vehicle on their own. One child got wet, the report said. The children were taken to the recreation center in the village of Kurma, while the rescuers and the driver were at the scene of the emergency. The car was able to lift from the water with a winch and bring to shore. The search and rescue team also reminded that exit and exit on the ice outside specially equipped crossings is prohibited.
