A 64-year-old woman contacted the police and said that she was called by a pseudo employee of the water utility, after receiving two more calls from intruders. This is reported by the press service of the MIA in the region. Referring to the urgency of the work, the swindler hastened the pensioner. Later, the woman called allegedly a bank specialist, who reported on the hacking of “State Services” and the need to transfer savings to a safe account. As a result, the woman used her husband’s phone and transferred 788,000 rubles to a bank account dictated to her. Criminal cases have been initiated on this fact.
