A resident of the Yurginsky district appealed to the prosecutor's office with a statement on the protection of the rights of her son, who was injured in a physical education class at school. According to the prosecutor's office of the Tyumen region, the district office conducted an inspection on the appeal of the mother of the affected child. During the proceedings, it was found that in October 2024, a student of the 2nd grade of a local school in physical education fell off the bar and fell on both hands. At this time, the teacher accepted the norm from other children. The boy was injured in the form of a fracture of the bones of the forearm of both hands, which caused his health harm of moderate severity. The district prosecutor, acting in the interests of the minor, appealed to the court with a claim to recover from the educational institution compensation for moral damage. The court ordered compensation from the school in the amount of 200 thousand rubles. The execution of the court decision is under the control of the prosecutor's office.
