“Digital portfolio of students” will soon appear on the portal of public services. The profile will record the data needed to personalize training, said the representative of the office of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, who oversees digitalization in the government.
The service is scheduled to launch in the third quarter of this year. In the personal portfolio it will be possible to upload information about education (certificates, diplomas), achievements (results of the Unified State Exam, Olympiads, information about the signs "Ready for Labor and Defense"), information about the events in which the student took part, about additional education, about the career guidance diagnostics passed on the Ticket to the Future platform, about interests and skills. All this will allow government agencies to give individual recommendations to a child or young adult. "For example, if the child has achievements in sports on football, in the service for the summer holidays of children, the parent will be able to receive recommendations of the camp system, in which there is a bias for sports events on football," the speaker said. The official stressed that the decision to fill the portfolio on the "State Services" or not, can only the student and his family. In the future, such a profile is planned to be maintained up to 35 years, from kindergarten to potential employers.
