One of the participants of bullying at a car wash in the Urals explained his act

He said the girls allegedly got themselves into the sadists' cars. We will remind, on the evening of January 3, the suspects forcibly put girls 17 and 18 years old in two cars and brought them to the car wash on the street Karl Marx in Kamensk-Uralsk Sverdlovsk region. They then stripped the victims, doused them with water, beat them and taunted them while filming their actions on camera. According to preliminary data, this act of the young men pushed the behavior of a student who did not want to communicate with one of the sadists. Earlier it was reported that all three defendants accused of bullying at the car wash, arrested – the court left them in custody until April 4 this year. The young men were charged with hooliganism, kidnapping and forced sexual acts. According to these articles, attackers face punishment of up to 12 years. The investigation is under special control of the local prosecutor’s office.
