In the Sverdlovsk region opened a criminal case on the fact of beating two girls at a car wash in the city of Kamensk-Ural. This was reported by the Prosecutorβs office of the region in his Telegram channel.
It is noted that the Prosecutorβs office of Kamensk-Uralsky took the investigation of the case under control. According to police, the organizer of the beating, 21-year-old David, tried to care for one of the victims, but she did not reciprocate. After that, she and her friends were taken to a car wash on Karl Marx Street in Kamensk-Uralsky, where they were beaten, as well as covered with water and foam for washing cars. On the fact of the incident, a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (βHooliganism committed by a group of personsβ). David was arrested, but then (according to the parents of the girls) was released. His younger brother is currently under a no-departure order, according to the Baza Telegram channel. In the phone of one of the hooligans found 18-minute video of abuse of girls.
