Last Tuesday, February 25, on Stakhanov Street in Lipetsk there was an accident involving a car and an SUV. As reported in the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, at eleven o’clock in the morning there faced Toyota with a 60-year-old driver and Lada Vesta under the control of a 34-year-old man. As a result of the accident, a 35-year-old passenger of a domestic car suffered - she was taken to the hospital with an injury. In total, 4130 traffic violations were detected in the region during the day. Lipetsk car inspectors caught and prosecuted 4 drunk drivers and 96 without seat belts. Traffic cameras and video cameras recorded 3,817 cases of speeding, driving at a red light and oncoming, as well as using a phone while driving.
